I wrote the code for everything but the forums (which I have highly modified).... but I use Dreamweaver MX 2004
Kinda seems like I'm using a bazooka to kill a fly with Dreamweaver but it has a lot of nice search, replace, color code, and other helpful functions that I haven't found anywhere else.
Depending on what I want to do I've used Photoshop CS, IrfanView, and FreeHand MX 2004 for images.
