The original Street Fighter II and the original Mortal Kombat are the best. All the rest are cheap immitations. They might be fun, but don't have the good solid game play as the classics. Especially the MK sequels. 2 wasn't bad. But it seemed like the more they made the worse they became.

umk3 was the best sequal that I found
but I'm a connoseur or something of the kind
I own/ have played almost all of them
MK4 is teh ****... but limited....
I really wanna play that new deception game
