I don't know why you have a problem with this game. It's not supposed to be some masterpiece that will go into the history books.
It's 50 bucks, and how long is it supposed to last you?
If you liked the other COD games, you should get this one cause it's no different. End of story.
If you didn't like them, or didn't like them enough, just don't get this at all. End of story.

If you have a machine that can run it and $50 to spare, then I would recommend it definitely. Single player is awesome but short, pubbing is a lot of fun, haven't tried anything competitive yet, but that doesn't look too promising, since it seems like a lot of perks are going to be allowed, but I can't speak on that since I haven't tried it yet.
I was mainly replying to Golbez, as he has had a really difficult time with the bullshit from cod2, which hasn't been fixed in this latest iteration of the series.
