Rules & Regulations
1. Format for the tourney will be single knockout.
2. If an odd number of teams is registered, Pheargaming?s featured clan, =|ER|=Elite Rangers will fill the empty spot.
3. If a team can not field a full roster for any game, the opposing team may agree to a re-schedule, OR, take a win by forfeit.
4. All games will be 5vs5 played as Search and Destroy.
5. All games will run PAM competition mod in CAL mode.
6. All players in any game will be required to record a demo of their play.
7. Demo?s should be kept for the duration of the tournament.
8. Maps will be chosen at random by Pheargaming admins as soon as the schedule is finalized.
9. All games will be played in a Pheargaming match server, IP and password to follow.
10. Every game will have at least one Pheargaming referee spec?ing the match.
11. Any disputes should be submitted to one of the Pheargaming admins, and will then be reviewed by two admins, not including the referee.
12. All decisions are final and are not subject to an appeal.
13. Cheating/Hacking will not be tolerated. Any player caught cheating will have his/her clan kicked from the tournament and permanently banned from any Pheargaming server. Further action may be taken by submitting complaints to CAL or TWL.
14. Ringers will not be allowed.
15. Registration will be closed for one week prior to the tournament start. Only players registered with GUID?s will be allowed to play.
To Sign Up:
-Post a new topic in the Sign Up forum with the title being you clan name.
-List your clan name, clan tags, and all players who may play.
-Up to ten players per team can register.
-Each player who is registered must post their GUID beside their name. (For information on how to get your GUID, email info@pheargaming.com, or use google.)
-Post a contact. Either an email address or xfire name. You will be contacted with confirmation and more information.
-Registration will close when a suitable number of teams has signed up.
