UPDATED
Thursday morning the insurance adjuster came out to my house. Took all sorts of pictures of my front yard. Took my statement, measurements and level of my yard, and it came out to about 15 pages. She took so much information, along with spare samples of my porch tiles.

It's probably going to be years before this settlement is over and everything is done. Now I wait..............................

I live in a more upscale neighbourhood, not all Canadians have houses like this, my city has some pretty run down areas too. It didn't come cheap, and it didn't come easy, gotta want that ****!

No, we don't all live in igloos. Only some in the Northwest Territories. An average house in Vancouver costs you $675,000. I see alot going for a million though.
